Quitting never crossed my mind...

I am not bragging or stroking my own ego here, but I see so many forum posts of people who had a bad experience and talk about how they wanted to quit, or asking people if they should quit.

To be honest, quitting has never crossed my mind.  I've had just as many hard times as anyone in RE.  I've been in dangerous situations, I've had more deals fall through they I care to admit, I've had a listing realtor go  behind my back and buy her own listing after her client and I had agreed on a price, I've had multiple wholesalers go behind my back and try to steal my deals.

All this said, I still completed 17 deal in 2014 (my first full year in RE), and planning on 40-50 deals in 2015.

I am always looking into the future, picturing what my life will look like in 1 year, 5 years, 10 years, and NONE of those visions will come to fruition if I quit.

Take action and keep at it, quitting won't get you anywhere.

Good luck to everyone in 2015.
