Two years after the recession officially ended, companies are adding fewer workers despite record cash stockpiles and healthy profit margins.

Corporations have amassed massive cash stockpiles in the years since the financial crisis, plowing much of it into shareholder friendly activities like buybacks and dividends.

When other people break their promises, the responsibility falls on us to compensate.The only thing that was risked by your action was a minor irritation to the tenants which, if true, would probably have had no impact on their existing stockpile of free-floating irritation.

Even tho i am setting aside cash for investing, i am looking to use that for reserves, and stock piling it in for when the market turns back down.
