Can any RE Attorneys out there let me know if we can use this LLC and ‘repurpose’ it for real estate investments, or place another DBA beneath it?

The issue with shimming or jacking the floor to level is that your cabinetry was put in to compensate for the slopes it sounds.  

You will establish the "parent" Series LLC, which can form unlimited "child" series beneath it.

You will need to have a built-in alarm systems and some municipalities require multifamily buildings  to be a system that auto alerts the local FD on trigger. 2 exits on each floor and that must not be "blocked" by inaccessibility to any floors beneath. 

The flooring/1st floor ceiling beneath it was damaged.

They would need to remove the fasteners and possibly the interior trim, re-shim the window square and level, re-secure it with screws, and re-caulk the exterior if necessary.
