Busted water line under slab?

Was told the below about a house in the Memphis area I'm looking at purchasing. Any ballpark quotes or experience with repairing a water line under the slab? (Hoping this is worst case scenario.) Thanks!! 'system would not hold pressure, lines beneath master bathroom vanity losing pressure'
