I'm getting a lot of information going in order but it's a little scattered in my head.

There are turnkey companies out there scattered across the US - they work if you want a property that has been bought, rehabbed, rented and is ready to go.

I'd be curious to read itI think it would be a big difference if it were one large planned development vs scattered infill/redevelopment around the metro area. 

I would never get anywhere and progress if I continued to be so scatter brained.So I've decided I would like to start my REI career in Multi Family rentals.

Very few firms or attorneys work in this space, and are not scattered across the country in every state.  

You may get a scattered few bookings here and there from Booking.com and/or TripAdvisor.
