Working on a rental all day , I get home to sit and relax , I walk downstairs to throw some wood in the woodstove , and squish squish , water all over the floor .

What financial muscle, bonding, etc. do you have in the unlikely (debatable) event that an investor sues?

My goal is to create passive income and build assets so that I can take time off from medicine and relax a little more.

I would not be surprised if some of the guidelines are relaxed to accommodate more families.

When I am I am in the car I would rather be listening to music...maybe not the best use of my time but that is one of the few times in a day when I am able to relax.
