at least i dont remember reading that you do. i am with you, but ever since we had a boy last year, i feel guilty for not being home with him.the problem is that i even fix the houses mostly myself and that's why my wife does not want to get another one. she knows i will be mentally and phisically gone from home for 2 months.i just dont trust contractors and since i do not get deals like you guys (below market prices), i need to pinch every penny after paying MLS prices.
