am working with them now and had the first policy (with Spinnaker) cancelled for nonpayment/late payment so we rewrote another policy (with Millenial) and having the same payment problem again but at least they are communicating that cancellation is coming. they want me to pay by credit card over the phone so the payment wont be late and cancelled again. but when i go to mycoverageinfo.com to check on status it shows its been paid.

What I disagree with is VRBO's blanketed take on pricing when it comes from a 3rd Party, which is something that was mentioned on the phone today. 

I disagree with Best Properties ( post above )as I have given Matt Scott money and I can always get him on the phone if I need to.

Go to GET STARTED > EVENTS AND MEETUPS at the top of your screen.

GC in my area cost 10% of the total and I would say that is worth it for what they provide, but if you have the knowledge and willingness to be on the phone with subs (and spend a lot of time on site) you could save that by DIYing it.

Go to BUILD YOUR TEAM at the top of the screen and look for local investors or meetups in your area.

They are also useful for private phone conversations and could be used for storage of valuables as they could be locked.I'd love to be able to broach this idea with other nationalities and cultures but it's really hard if they're not working very long hours and have hours of free time at home.  

Screen tenants thoroughly, have a solid lease, and maintain an emergency fund for unexpected expenses.

It's always important to screen anyone you are doing business with.
