If the home has single pane windows, it would be great opportunity to upgrade to double or triple paned windows. 

Unfortunately, from a STR prospective it seems like there is less opportunity based on supply/demand and current home prices in the immediate area.

Mostly class B, I'd love to keep them but if there's a great opportunity in the MF world I'm all ears!
