@Wes Blackwell the trend to buy in the sac area and the golden foothills has been going on since the late 70S early 80s when the first real run up on Bay area prices occurred and its never really slowed down.. nothing new or earth shattering.Oregon as you know gets many many CA transplanting here.. and our price structure is basically the same as where your at from Sac up to rocklin over to Eldo hills etc... although you can buy cheaper homes just north of down town than you can find anything in Portland market we simply do not have any sub 100 to 120k homes like Sac does.. we have been doing deals there and doing quite well at it.
