I'm sorry if I sound like a slower learner haha.

However, I’m a hands on, in person type of learner and would greatly benefit from maybe learning from someone in the business already and training!

This is my first/only property so I am very much a learner still, advise on everything welcomed. 

I've been following BP for awhile now and my plan is to start out as a part time agent while I learn more of the ins and outs of the business from an agent's perspective.I would describe myself as always being curious, a fast learner, and sociable.

I am 100% bilingual in English and Spanish, a fast learner with great communication skills.

While these guys do address the newbie level of learner (they should), they go well beyond this level.

Hello I just purchased my first property that I plan to BRRRR and I’m sorry in advance if this is an obnoxious question but I don’t have any formal experience with residential construction (5 years in commercial and a fast learner/ YouTube is how I plan to research particular repairs) I’m looking for an either basic or comprehensive list of tools I will need for first demo-ing the existing insides (this is going to be a full gut job) and then a suggested tool list for finishing the house.. thanks in advance to anyone who contributes, I believe this post will come in handy for many others to get a head start and save time running to Home Depot on their first projects as well!

But even introverts will miss being with whatever social circle they had created at University & might second-guess a decision to stay home & learn.Adult and/or employed learners will still be the primary market for online education.
