Which Episode of BP Podcast did it for you?

I was just watching the latest Meet the Investor for Josh Rathbun (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DAcPM2MstW8). He mentioned that Episode 301 was an amazing episode for him. That resonated with me. While I've learned so much from the cumulative wisdom of all of those who were interviewed in the episodes I've listened to, there were a few that made me think, "Oh my gosh! I can do this!" And I would call my wife and say, "You've got to listen to this podcast right now!" and I would point other friends to it.

While there were a few, the one that sticks out the most for me was Episode 336 with Robert Jones. He jokes about being a slow learner and says he was talking to a guy about real estate investing and he says, "Wait. Let me get this right. I can buy this house. Someone else will pay for it, and I get to keep the house?" I kept running that part back and thinking, "Yeah! That's the way it works! It was also about this time--I'm not sure if it's in this episode or another around this time that Brandon Turner said something like, "The thing about Real Estate is that sometimes even a bad deal, if you hold on to it long enough becomes an ok deal." Those things together gave me permission to start trying.

So, what about you? What episode really encouraged you and got you started? I'm asking, because if I haven't listened to it already--I want to listen to it! Just like I'm going to listen to Episode 301 right now!
