Also learned that time heals just about all in RE, so get by any way you can to get through a soft market👍

I talked to a well healed investor a couple years ago, he had just bought 30+ homes from the gov for like 7K each, on average.  

I thought originally thought it would only take me 6 months to heal but now it's a little over 6 years of recovery.  

In hindsight they were in a hurry to get back into the home after we walked it under the guise of an ailing father who needed rest.

Time heals most wounds - even budget wounds.

So im starting with little money and poor credit. soon as I'm healed I'm building credit again and will be able to save for assets.

Ok not awesome circumstances and I hope all involved heal but still a good deal for you.

Those take a few years to heal.
