They all have granite/ss and are usually already rented out or can be rented out very quickly.I think eventually we would considering doing rehabs - it is just not possible right now

After they moved out I ripped out all the carpet (even though it was lightly used, haha) and ripped out the kitchen, and are redoing the floors with hickory hardwood and new kitchen cabinets, and granite countertops.

Whether your unit is cute or not, or has granite countertops or formica, will not make any difference (at least in metro areas, it coule be a factor out in the toolies).
