I am not preticuarly brand new to real estate as I've done 1 house flip before and 1 brrrr here locally to me.To begin, I’m aiming to tackle two single-family BRRRR projects in the Jackson County, MO area.

To clarify, I didn’t invest in a “fund,” but rather purchased a note for a specific fix-and-flip project.

I have heard it used different ways.I have used a version of gap funding where the hard money lender funds 85% of the flip (purchase + renovation) and the gap funder funds 10% of the deal.
