Looking to Fix and Flip Properties

Hello all. My name is James, and I have completed 6 fix & flip properties. All except one sold for the highest price point at the time of sale. I took a break and now I am ready to get back to it. I am generally looking the St Louis metropolitan area. I am excited about gaining more knowledge and deals!
