LOL its a job and this is not a reflection on any tool, its the way it is using any marketing tool and system;    1) dream up a lead type filter to target some seller tyupe2) experiment pulling those leads;  propstream or listsource or ?

Dream Huge Realty is a new management company, in Mansfield Ohio. 

This has been my dream since I was 19!

It has always been a dream for me to own but I am scared to pull the trigger. 

My cash flow will continue to increase and in a few years I will have cash flow that cheap markets can only dream aboutUnlike most responses, I believe there is not enough info for me to state an opinion on keeping or selling your existing property, but $800 negative does not necessarily imply to me that it should be sold especially in a market that has appreciated 35% in the last year.

After looking at close to 20 houses and not finding their dream home , especially in their price range , they were getting discourged . 

So…has anyone had any success with his Dream Partner program?

Since that decoupling, there has been a long stream of "rah-rah" shows that IMO did not focus on ordinary people, bringing a sense of reality back to the process, and inspiring people not by stoking BS dreams of Grant Cardone (who's Grant Cardone, my long-running joke) but by highlighting how your any wo/man could do it, in a realistic way.
