Some people will have you believe there is no potential drawback to them.I'm not saying to not do it, just making you aware if you weren't already.

I love the theory behind a subject to deal, however i'm curious how some of you guys handle the potential drawbacks of the deal.I'm not very worried about the due on sale clause, it seems that this happens so rarely that statistically it can almost be ignored. 

I see many upsides, but the biggest drawback would be the removal of a garage.

The only draw back is that Zelle is not setup with a bill payment interface like Cozy.

I dont know however if banks (or anyone else) will see me being on foodstamps as a drawback for recieving a loan.

Of course, paying for a new roof out of pocket has some obvious drawbacks as well.

The one drawback is the lack of high speed and internet infrastructure.
