Well , heres what I do , first I am a contractor I dont hire home inspectors .

In the future, I’ll factor in contractor costs more.

One requirement for this loan product is that the rehab must be completed by a licensed and insured contractor approved by the lender.

I have a small contractor business here in Abilene that is pretty new, owned and operated by me if any of you guys need a hand.

Also try looking into subdivision if possible.If you need a decent contractor/gc to consult with, I can connect you to my partner in the area.
