-As an agent and investor, how have you used BiggerPockets to build relationships and generate leads?

I have  3 treed lots(.3/.4/1.4 acres) in 30316 area of Atlanta,  and looking for a cost effective land clearing company once building permits are approved.

While I was running my inspection business, trying to build a real estate business, and taking care of 4 rentals with family, I was also going to night school to get a degree in MIS.

The idea is to convert a multi-family building into condos; but not in the traditional sense where you separate pre-existing apartments into their own condos; but in a way where you combine the common areas of all of the apartments in that whole building, and turn the individual rooms within those apartments into condos themselves; thus transforming the hallways, kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, porches, balconies into common areas of the condos. 

I want to create something that adds value to the industry, so I'm looking to build a solid foundation in this field.
