Electroplating property, excavated areas were backfilled with clean fill material and the site was restored with a temporary impermeable asphalt cap to prevent infiltration of stormwater.

Unfortunately this happened during the winter and Asphalt contractors do not work then. 

Pound the pavement and you will find one.

The fact that I got a call out of 100 mailers made me feel confident that if I actually pushed the pavement, I could make something happen.

They only needed a roof and new asphalt...no floors falling in or electrical or plumbing, what a win!

If someone is using their water for car washs or other such activities (I don’t have a lawn with this property it’s all pavement so we don’t have sprinklers haha) then they would be billed accordingly.
