if your trying to flip.. that gets a little more complicated with contractors lien laws financing etc.if your going into development or other highly technical aspects that usually takes an apprenticeship as opposed to getting mentored.

You are, however taking a huge risk by doing so.Of course I don't know your situation or much of anything about you, but my advice would be to do whatever you can to increase your income. ie, Side hustle, any sorts of training or apprenticeship programs or maybe get into a better career path.
