I apologize to ramble on, but no one seems to see it on the accountant's side of things when handling the operating accounting.

If something truly was wrong that you could have prevented or handled a lot better, thank them for leaving a review, apologize, own up to the mistake you made, and explain how it’s fixed so it won’t happen to future guest.

Hi @Beverly Steiner I really apologize again that we were not able to meet your expectations here, and we can’t apologize enough for the lost time as well.

They apologized about 2 hours later and said it was an automated system problem.

The tenant apologized and has had no complaints since.

That is still not an excuse, but I wanted to publicly apologize since I saw this negative post. 

If you're for real, my apologies, but your post looks like a sly ad.
