I am purchasing a property in Ohio and since I am unrepresented by an agent I am debating having the listing agent represent me as well.What do you think are the pros and cons of purchasing a property with dual agency? 

You may never collect a dime from them, but you should still take them to court and seek a judgment, then turn that in to a collection agency.

I own a remote design agency in Florida, but I don't live in the U.S.

I like doing this because I know the listing agent can be more cooperative at times if they can do dual agency.

The property is ~75% occupied, so it wouldn't qualify for agency programs.The seller is extremely motivated and may even consider seller financing her equity.
