It is a super popular lake for sport fishing and water sports. 

Long term tenants (aka those working in the area are less interested) but the vacation tenants will abound - - and that hits your turnover costs. 

What about water sports?

Polk County has one of the most diverse workforces in the State of Florida so jobs abound across a lot of industries.  

If we can bring capital to this state we need to focus on that...I think we should always remember the 3 C's...there is opportunity abound in this state...And I'll brag on Cleveland any day...incredible architecture, a world-class market, great sports teams, awesome breweries and the lake in the summer is too good to be true.

It is an exciting time for Huntsville’s residents, developers and investors alike and the employment outlook and potential for growth is unprecedented.Optimism abounds in the Rocket City.

As for me, I'm stashing cash and waiting for the next market correction where the opportunities will abound.

I love Detroit  the 2 % rules still works there  yes care is needed  its a block by block city but with a great team on the ground opportunities abound  more then willing to share what we have learnt if anyone wants to chat

Michigan has everything to offer in terms of outdoor activities, including hunting, skiing, ice fishing, golf, and every water sport imaginable, as well as inexpensive venues at which to enjoy them.
