I am interested in wholesaling real estate in the Springfield, MA area and wanted too see if anyone in this forum is located anywhere near this area.

Looks like Core 3 is in Springfield, Peoria, and Bloomington but do you do any business in the Champaign / Urbana areas?  

I'm not too thrilled with Vt tenant/landlord laws... to me, they seem to favor the tenants too much.One property I bought in Springfield Vt, paid $19k spent about $16k on repairs so I have about $35k into it with an ARV of around $75-90k.

As I write this I’m 15,000 feet in the air, courtesy of Delta Airlines, somewhere between Atlanta and Springfield, Mo.

There are parts of Springfield and Pleasant View that are affordable but they would both be making a 45 min commute.

Just wondering if anybody had recently wholesaled a house in the Springfield Missouri area.
