Hello everyone! My name is Nate Duke, and I'm a wholesaler (for now) in Springfield, MO and the surrounding area. I started my business Jan 2017 and have closed 3 deals so far w/ 6 more under contract as of today. I'm in love with the business simply due to the amount of control available to structure deals in countless ways in real estate. Hence the name "Control Investments, LLC". I have one great mentor who I owe so much to for watering the real estate seeds I've had laying dormant in my mind for years. Unfortunately, his massive success keeps him extremely busy, and he hasn't much time to mentor me to the degree I'm seeking. I'm wanting to find a mentor(s) who are available to teach me how to structure my business in the most efficient and productive way. I'm also ready to start building my rentals portfolio, and would love to have a mentor to show me the ropes. Vacation rentals are an area I'm very interested in. Maybe someone will let me shadow them?? That would be great! I'm available to help anyone interested in mentoring me any way I can while I learn too. Well, that about sums it up for now!
