They are typically around the 4-5 bedroom, $750k price point with some amenity/back yard touch-ups or 5-6 bedroom a little more turn-key around the $1m price point.

Hi everyone,My wife and I would love to move to a better house with a bigger yard in five-ish years.

I believe this may have been passed down to them prior and they don’t really do this often based on the condition of the home, and lack of communication.The back yard is overgrown with weeds, the sidewalk has been damaged and rubble for years now.

My only white kitchen is one I painted to salvage the custom cabs.

2020 was 4 years ago; it seems to me that time was of the essence in trying to salvage an investment. 

They charged me around $1,400 for a 30-yard dumpster with 6 tons of waste, but I found other companies, like Steel City Hauling, that charge less than half of that.When I called Affordable Dumpster Rental to complain, they threatened to send my debt to collection.

I would like to parcel off the farm yard from the larger piece of land, and buy it from them.  

We completed this project with (2) holes in the back yard and 2 holes inside the home (bathroom and laundry).
