We recently took a HUGE interest in the Wilmington, NC area and want to possibly expand into other areas such as Sevierville and Saranac Lake down the road a bit.

Hey everyone, my name is Joshon Foster I’m from NC.

In NC, SC, VA the entitlement process takes up to several years and potentially a lot of money for any implementation above 5 MW, which is why I favor the <500kW exemptions for "small scale" solar farms.

Fast forward to March of this year and we purchased a single family home to also STR in Asheville, NC. 

I am new in the Charlotte, NC area.

I am a new Member from Midland NC.

Should I just sell the house in PA and buy something affordable in North Carolina?
