Would you hire a property management company?)

As the owner of a property management company in Washington, I have encountered this situation before.

@Dwane Twente so this is basically a rental arbitrage company.   

I have five houses in Memphis area, and the biggest problem has been finding a good property management company. 

The local who lives there but commutes 30-60 min to another community because they can’t find a job to support their family in their town.That same local knows that a 4plex would be great on that lot that’s been vacant for 20 years and that there are at least 4 families who could benefit greatly from that development.That local knows that Ryan’s plumbing and Katie’s electrical companies that service 75% of the town really needs a new flex space to use as a shop, storage, and parking for their business so that they aren’t working out of their garage and can hire a couple of locals to work with them at the office and in the field.Development is different in our small towns but if locals aren’t the ones doing it, and developers aren’t coming, what happens to our kids futures?

All this does is report their payments to the credit bureaus like how your credit cards or car loan company reports payments to the bureaus.  

Hi @Chantelle Lewis - We run a boutique STR/MTR Management company here in LA.

It looks like this particular investor preferred the low level price point and the risks that come along with it even though he was buying from a company who could offer him both types of investments on the complete opposite side of the risk spectrum.

But in terms of the company you asked about a quick search shows there are a lot of people that are not happy with the service. 

Call a different number you found online associated with the same company, etc.
