This takes up 6 of the 10 allowed conventional loan slots, leaving me 4 loan slots for Fannie/Freddie backed loans.  

Yesterday, I opened a second phase to start providing slots to those who provided answers to 7 simple questions (total income, credit score, etc.).

Often the electrical boxes were just using outlets with lots of slots in the back, those usually develop shorts and catch fire regularly. 

Incoming rents are paid online (or through a mail slot), owners get their rents with EFT’s, and virtual video tours have actually INCREASED our efficiency and rental application rate!

Now this place passed with flying colors 1 and 1/2 yrs ago by the health dept when I had to pull the dwelling permit, but this joker comes along and failed me for that.

Even you can do it".I had one guy that installed a countertop over existing cabinets, but i could not attach the sink clips (no space). he did not want to come back and take it out so i could install the sink with the countertop off. i spent 5 hrs cutting slots in countertops to give me access to 20" screwdriver.then i had a guy give me an estimate on windows and he flipped off when he found out i wanted him to install windows in 2 weeks.

There are some pretty bad jokers around here that are tied to the drug industry.
