Hello BP Community,I am trying to decide if I should start a corporation before buying my first investment property.I live in Toronto and am looking to invest in Alberta.

I will then share it with you for your reference.The purpose of this meeting is to have a productive discussion about how I can improve my company to benefit the BP community and the company's financial growth in a way that adds value to the stakeholders of BP.I am married to a corporate big law attorney and employ many others.

Conversations with a person land so much better than a message thru FF.Also it is helpful to know that most Corporate Housing companies or Insurance Agencies that are trying to find housing for their customers and reach out to you, they do finds leads on FF.  

As individual investors are easier target than corporate.

@Isaac Ballew I graduated back in the stone age with a finance degree and found my way eventually in Real Estate after some corporate jobs. 

If you've ever been sued, however—and most of us have at some point in our lives —there are ways for attorneys to break the corporate veil if your business structure isn't complete enough.

It also signals that you are a real person and not a faceless corporation with automated responses.  

NOTE: One "new" negative is that all small LLC's are now subject to the Beneficial Ownership Information Reporting requirements of the Corporate Transparency Act. 

Airbnb brings in many MTR bookings and there are other strategies for insurance and corporate bookings.

I work also in sales and my income is not stable so even more important to have safe ratio, I have some clients with very stable corporate jobs and they are able to use even more leverage and go more for high total return.
