I read about something called the Butler rebate and their title insurance section does not do butler rebates. does anyone know good title company in Florida for owners title insurance. thanks,

Purchase price: $1,060,000 10 unit mixed-use property (9 apartments, 1 retail) in historic downtown Butler, NJ.

When the policy is with a mutual company your whole life policy makes you an equity holder of the mutual company and therefore entitled to dividends if any.It took me almost a year to fully understand and set up a system using this policy structure.Another book of interest along this thinking is “what would the Rockefellers do.”As Kim Butler says.
