Trump with his Casinos.

Cripple Creek was allowed to open casinos in an attempt to get something going on there. 

I get it that everyone wants to come to the party, especially now with prices having risen fairly dramatically, but sometimes I wonder if the Bigger Pockets room is akin to standing on the floor of a casino where a few people have won dramatic sums in some of the "skills" games (poker, blackjack, etc), and everyone else starts running out into the hallways begging for money to drop in the slot machine so they can get theirs too.Anyway, it seems an interesting philosophical question to ponder, and I'm curious what others may think!

Casinos, hospitals, schools, big businesses coming to the area that will create jobs and drive occupancy rates. 

I personally own one property that I bought in 1994 in Sonoma county ( Rohnert Park) its just now coming into the city. ( they built the largest Indian Casino in CA or at least N.

We also have contact with investors who purchase hotels and casino/hotel complexes.

I remember the MGM sales people saying that got you “access to everything the casino below has to offer...” so like the ame access as a homeless person?

I’m a bartender to the ultra wealthy now which is easy, reliable income, but I remember working at a casino where I had to choose between the high-roller who’d pay me 100 bucks for a lucky beer or the tweaker lady who’d order a blended mudslide with 5 free cherries and tip me in pocket lint.

I don't waste my money on casinos: stock market, bitcoin, ETF and mutual funds are legalized casinos.
