Hopefully due to the need for many of the businesses that would go in to such a development, they may have a very streamlined permitting and planning process, and possibly some great incentives for developers (tax credits, etc.)

A property that needs repairs, and a general contractor who has experience in the last 3 years remodeling homes.Beyond that, the loan is the same as a traditional FHA loan.There are 2 types of FHA construction loans, under $20k is the Streamline, and 203K is the $20k or above.So which loan you qualify for depends entirely on the renovation.

Also the back of the  hous e has  some  cracks towards the foundation but when I  go to the basement I  did not see  any water damage.I'm not for  certain but I was  quoted  at it being arounf 10-15k worth of  renovation so  I would  do a FHA 203k streamline.

thanks @Rob BelandWe have been trying to streamline our system on a large scalable version. 90 days out we do a 3rd party inspection to see how they are treating the home and that report is our determination whether we want to renew their lease.
