If it is a deal breaker for you then you need to find out right away if something can be changed.Often CC and R's are boiler plate from these national tenants.The developers sometimes do a poor job of working on the CC and R's before final agreement and ratification.Case in point a new Costco project I worked on that has multiple other pieces as part of the association being created and REA agreement.

They ended up buying a toaster oven and a hot plate to do some simple cooking on which I paid for half of (about $50) and then I offered them (they did not even make a request) a $200 credit on the next month's rent because of the inconvenience.I agree that going without a stove and oven is a pretty major inconvenience - they couldn't cook at all.
