I've been posting in [REMOVED], but was just made aware of this forum. I'm a broker-associate at Keller Williams in Austin, TX. The real estate market is booming in Texas, of course. My investors and I mostly do assignments, wholesaling, and rehabs.

Some CA investors are liquidating properties, so I asked to co-market them with the listing agent. There will be 80 investment properties (rentals) coming on the market within the next few months. They also have 60 properties in San Antonio.
