Maybe that is what is coming Into the garbage disposal possibly from the food on the plates or something like that.

The more issues you can take off their plate before you lock it up under contract the better you'll be.

You could have it served up on a silver plate or the lid from a trash can.  

We have lots of wholesalers so I'd recommend getting on their lists to add to the number of investment opportunities that are coming across your plate. 

If they say "No" then ask them to support that with documentation to avoid a boiler plate response.

Usually an issue if older door is salvaged and new locks are installed that don't quite match up with the old door strike plate location.
