@Reza Khaknegar I’m not sure how progressive the DFW area is being but in my location the housing crisis is so bad that the towns are moving to approve ADUs an any lot that meets the setback requirements and the density requirements.

I'm not sure how paying someone $1400 plus at the beginning of March for March services - then canceling 8 days in and not expecting a refund - and even stating nothing but positive things in the "breakup" letter and offering to pay additional for help in transitioning is not diplomatic.
