I've just recently tied up a 24 unit building. 

I've just become pretty passionate about real estate investing, wholesaling, lease purchase options & buy and holds.

I've just bought my first duplex and plan on renting out the larger of the two units to offset the mortgage payment.I am currently unaware of any meet-ups, although I am looking for some as well.

I've just not found such an animal.In 1996 or so, apartment buildings in the Korea Town area in Los Angeles were very cheap, so anybody who bought then was buying a cash machine.

I've just started an Architectural firm.

Typically Porter Paint (PPG)  Eggshell sheen -- Hi - Hide or if you want to go cheaper Speed Hide -- however if you set up an account at Porter there isn't much of a price difference.Sherwin Williams has similar products -- I've just developed an affinity for Porter.If you're painting trim - use enamel paint.  

Hey BPers- I've just purchased my first rental unit and I am updating two bathrooms, converting from old dated vinyl floors to tile.

I've just started my inspection period (thankfully it's 15 days) with my house inspector booked for Monday.I'm looking for some advise re permits. 

Just recently found a title agent that will work with me.

I've just started my start for one in with a property in Texas and the best of what I am finding so far are 10 yr fixed/30 yr amor at 4.5%.
