i am 100% anti-loan mod companies. there are plenty of info for consumers to do a loan mod themselves. in my opinion, loan mod companies are in the same category as credit repair companies....i title that category 'SCUMBAGS'.

ONly FHA has a 90 day anti flip policy.  

You'll also want to keep in mind that good old NJ has restrictive anti-eviction laws.  

I think the last city council election put in a few more reasonable folks from a anti corruption perspective. 

I saw this and got so excited that they finally suspended the anti-flip law.

@Tanesha Mills  I my self am not on the ANTI paid training train like Most BP members.As I have paid multi thousands of dollars over my career for training.Although what I do not recommend is you pay for something you cannot afford.

There is an anti-STR sentiment in many/most of the most desirable STR locations.  

I hope he gets a bit of his own medicine.
