Recently, I was at a seminar where the speaker briefly mentioned that he's been able to make a career of assisting homeowners, who are being foreclosed on, by finding them buyers for their property and structuring the sale so that the seller is able to get paid through what amounts to an annuity through the following year.Is anybody out there doing this and if so, would you explain how it works, please.- Clif in DC

Then at FlipHacking Live this past weekend, after every speaker I said to myself and others "I literally can't believe that they shared all those detailed strategies about their business" it was like a direct look at how these guys have been building their businesses and showing everyone how they can do it.

Are there national guest speakers brought in yes, speakers such as Jeff Watson, attorney and attorney with the National REIA  and Eddie Speed Note School are a couple of examples. 

All of these are totally free, and feature different local speakers each month who provide a ton of information and help.  

@Lior Reich , you find a permanent location ( a restaurant, a coffee, an organization that has a large meeting room that you can rent for free), you choose a specific day and time per month (ex: Second Tuesday of every month) and choose a time that will work for everyone, so probably after work.When you got this in place, find some speakers in the industry that will be willing to talk for free: other successful investors, lenders, real estate brokers, etc, create a flyer and then start marketing your event on BP, in your area, on Meetup.com, craigslist, wherever you think you can reach the people willing to invest.
