Newbie Real Estate Agent from Ghana [Africa]

Over the past few months and the stuff that i have been reading tells me that real estate market will be quite an interesting in. You can easily make it if you really learn fro other people who have been there and made it successfully. I think i am getting some few ideas and will love to get so much more to add up. I am real estate agent from Accra, Ghana that is in the West Africa. 3 years ago, I use to help a friend who used to be a sales officer for a Real Estate Developer. So i assisted him  with marketing their properties preferable the land but i could not sell any of the houses. I was then doing it on part time basis whilst working with a multinational bank in Ghana. I am a graduate with decade of work experience in marketing financial services

Now that i have lost my job i wanted to take real estate seriously until i join a free session of a newly introduced Property Network Group here. Immediatey after the free session they wanted us to pay for the VIP session which unfortunaltly to me i had no penny. fortunately the speaker mention John Lee. So after the training i googled to learn much about him and susiquently got infor about other Property Investor in just few weeks

Now that i do not have any capital at all i wanted to focus working in the real estate industry without investing nothing. simple because i do not have the means but along the line the strategy will change.
