While home buyers are definitely hurting, we continue to see 3 kinds of investors:1) The optimist - they keep buying, haven’t changed a strategy, take increasingly higher risk with every purchase. 2) The doomsday believers - hoarding cash, stopped all buying, trying to “time the market”. 3) The adaptive investors - coming up with new strategies, hedging their bets, shifting asset classes, doing less deals but cherry pick the best ones.
