One hing hat has not been mentioned is that a 3 year lease triggers he "due on sale" clause of mortgages.

Without knowing the exact situation, there are alot of duel income professionals who like family houses for the space, their fur babies, etc. 

You cn use a furring strip to keep the laminate the proper distance from the wall.  

Even good pets have fur, dirt on their feet, scratch to get in, vomit, etc.I've had similar requests, and here's what I did:  I gave a 24 month lease that locked in the price.

This is also where you'll keep your tape measure.Leather work gloves in your size, a box of blue nitrile gloves in your size, a 20-pack of N95 respirators in your size, hearing protection ear muffs that fit, safety glasses, a 3M half-face respirator that takes interchangeable filters and cartridges.I like the FlexFit dad hats better than cheaper ballcaps with open backs.

It's why every police department needs cops hat are more like the ones on Chicago PD then Joe Friday.

The down side is that they are "White Hats" (except for boilermakers).A "White Hat" generally avoids sharing living quarters with anyone else, and will pay a premium to do so. 

Giving consent lets you wear the white hat.
