just a thought Well one that would say that to me (a women) whom he probably doesn't think has much know how as far as being a fellow investor.

Like you I have worked extensively in the SF BAy ARea in ( not that you were there) but extensively with the homeless.. now to be fair this was the 60 70s and early 80s  and of course my dad called them wino';s  most were single male drifters ... end up in flop houses looking for daily work.the men went to the ymca the women to the wmca  .. in sf there was the Oznan center and a few big church's as well.I don't have the answers by any means .but in my working with them in person and daily at least in those years..

George, but would like to have a list of preferred repair man/women if the need arises.  

Condense the population so to speak into one proper town with new strip malls, and medical service areas---plus figure out what kind of work suits them and bring some of it there.Might be easier to (weed out) the criminals if there were in one city of side by side homes, vs so spread out--and put a new BIG men's prison, women's prison and kids prison in that area too--and get rid of the crime.

Not nearly enough contacts... when we did pre foreclosure work like this when it was legal.. we knocked on every NOD in the 2 million metro with a team of 2 man and women.. even with that amount of man power this led to one to 2 deals a month..
