Manage it don't own it, golden parachute for the manager....a manager can tie up an LLC pretty tight and not have any exposure (other than his duties).

HML is just following the Golden Rule: he who has the gold makes the rules.They may have high fees, but if your investment can cover it and it allows you to make the money you need to make on a deal, is that a bad thing?
