Slip resistant floor in the Shower and the bathroom floor.

I've found a large resistance to title companies doing double closings or paying out a large sum of money to someone just standing in the middle.

First off, you're going to meet resistance from the installer.

I resist moving like that since I paid a real estate guru group $36k basically for a bunch of classroom visits and some dvds - once burned twice shy  :)We are ready to move one IRA over, so after talking with my CPA I will probably also go with SunWest.  

The installers will take the path of least resistance to install the dish and usually that means drilling holes through the roof/walls/block etc.

The weight of their equipment is the main reason. 3mm thickness(4 would be better if affordable), a minimum of a 20 mil wearlayer and ESPECIALLY a scratch resistant FINISH like Aluminum Oxide or Ceramic Bead.

Per my understanding, eggshell is somewhat more impact resistant, however when comes to repaint, entire wall has to be repainted; spot touch up can not be done.On the other side, flat paint is less impact resistant, marks can be easily left on the wall, however, spot touch up will make it look new; somewhat a cost saving at end of terms.What is your preference and reason, if you don't mind sharing.  

I wouldn't go any thinner than a 3.2mm though 4mm would be better and some come with HD wearlayer and scratch resistant finishes.
