I am the buyer/tenant on a lease with option to purchase.I am ready to exercise the option, however, I plan to sell the home right away and cash out.Since I have not obtained title to the property yet, can I market the home for sale as an owner, or as an agent, if I obtain in writing permission from the current seller?
