There was legal case when a landlord discriminated against a tenant and through the court the landlord was forced to rent the property FOR FREE to that tenant.I'm not implying he discriminated but if the tenant take him to the court, it will be about whose lawyer is better.

If tenant were to actually threaten,, I would call police,, if tenant had threatened anyone else in bldg I'd also call police,..If I were unsure,, I would have spoke back and said right back that if you imply or threaten myself or my property I'll call the police.
